Good soap, awful shampoo

These were delivered quickly, beautifully packaged and smelled amazing. They are beautiful soaps but I tried to use them as shampoo and my hair was hideous. After two weeks I gave up. I would have returned them, but wasn't happy to have to pay to do so, so I'll keep them just to use as hand soap.

Such a shame you didn't contact me about the shampoo issue as there are reasons that this can happen, I could have explained this to you. The bars work successfuly for many people so I wouldn't class them as an 'awful shampoo' We have many 1000s of customers who use them successfully as a shampoo bar. The issue is that hair can sometimes experience a transition phase when switching to a shampoo bar, there are articles to this on our website including on the shampoo bar page, to explain that this can happen and what to do about it if it does happen. Good soap, awful shampoo
