Free UK postage on orders over £25.00, this is tracked postage via Royal Mail.

UK postage up to £25.00 is £2.95, this is tracked postage via Royal Mail.

Due to the size of our workshop, and our working pattern, we package and post our orders 3 times a week, we post out on a Monday, a Thursday and a Saturday.

Separate postage charges apply to The Laundry Garden Soap and Lip Balm Collection, we are selling this on behalf of Laundry Garden therefore their postage rate is not included with ours.

International postage rates apply based on individual location, Free over £25 postage does not apply.

At The Good Soap all items are hand made and hand wrapped.
Your orders cannot always be dispatched instantly but we do our best to dispatch as soon as we can. Please allow up to 3 days for your order to be dispatched.
Please allow reasonable time for delivery.

Damaged Parcels - occasionally parcels can get damaged in the postal system. Please inform us if this happens and we will do our best to rectify.
