How to Use Solid Deodorant
If you’re new to solid deodorant, the first question is usually: how do I apply it?
The good news — it’s simple.
Hold the bar directly against clean, dry underarms and glide it on like you would a roll-on. Your natural body heat softens the surface slightly, allowing it to apply smoothly.
A few gentle swipes are enough.
How Much Should You Apply?
You don’t need to overdo it. Solid deodorant is concentrated, so a light, even layer works best.
Why Natural Deodorant Feels Different
Our solid deodorants are not antiperspirants.
Antiperspirants use aluminium salts to block sweat glands. Natural deodorant works differently — it allows your body to sweat while helping to neutralise odour and absorb moisture.

Because they work with your body rather than blocking sweat, they can feel different at first — especially if you’re switching from conventional antiperspirant.
Bicarb or Bicarb-Free?
We offer two versions:

Bicarb-free (for those with more sensitive underarms)
Some people find bicarbonate works brilliantly for odour control. Others prefer to avoid it if their skin feels sensitive.
Both versions are designed to be effective — it’s simply about choosing what suits your skin.
Will It Stain Clothes?
Our deodorants are formulated not to mark clothing when used in a light, even layer. Allowing it to settle for a minute before dressing can also help.
